Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jkta7 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the jkta7 website at jkta7.net, all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and any services made available through them.

These Terms apply to all users of the jkta7 platform, including but not limited to: registered account holders, guest browsers, bonus claimants, tournament participants, and any individual who interacts with any game, betting market, payment facility, or support channel offered by jkta7. Use of the platform in any form constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

jkta7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted according to their plain English meaning. In the event of any ambiguity, jkta7's interpretation of these Terms shall be final and binding. Players are encouraged to seek independent legal advice if they are uncertain about any provision.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the principles of internationally recognised online gaming standards. jkta7 operates as a platform serving the Bangladesh market and applies its own internal compliance framework to ensure fair, safe, and responsible gaming for all players. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of jkta7 shall be resolved through jkta7's internal dispute resolution process in the first instance, with further escalation available through independent arbitration if required.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and hold an active account with jkta7, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be 18 years of age or older. jkta7 strictly prohibits underage gambling and will take immediate action — including account suspension and balance return — if a player is found to be under the minimum age.
• Capacity: You must be acting in your personal capacity as a private individual, not on behalf of a business, agency, or any third party.
• Mental capacity: You must be of sound mind and not acting under the influence of substances that impair your judgment or decision-making ability.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account with jkta7. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order placed with jkta7 or any other gaming platform. Attempting to open a new account while self-excluded is a serious breach of these Terms.
• Honest information: All information provided during registration and verification must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. jkta7 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify your eligibility at any time.

Age Verification

jkta7 employs a robust age verification process as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. All players will be required to verify their age before making their first withdrawal. Verification documents may include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, birth certificate, or other government-issued identification documents. Until age verification is completed, withdrawal functionality may be restricted. jkta7 reserves the right to request age verification at any point during a player's relationship with the platform.

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of jkta7's features — including placing bets, playing casino games, and processing payments — you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge and open to all eligible players meeting the criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

Registration Requirements

• Accurate information: You must provide your real full name, a valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh, a working email address, and a date of birth that accurately reflects your age. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• One account per person: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one jkta7 account. Registering additional accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of all balances across all associated accounts.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. jkta7 will never ask you to share your password with any member of staff. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility.
• Password standards: Your account password must be sufficiently strong. jkta7 recommends a minimum of eight characters combining upper and lower case letters, numbers, and special characters. Avoid using the same password across multiple platforms.
• Contact details: You must keep your registered mobile number and email address up to date. These are used for account verification, payment notifications, and security alerts. Failure to maintain accurate contact details may delay account recovery or payment processing.

KYC and Identity Verification

jkta7 operates a thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud principles. All players will be required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. The following documents may be requested:

• Proof of identity: A clear copy of your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official letter confirming your address in Bangladesh, dated within the last three months.
• Payment method verification: Confirmation that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits is registered in your name and matches the name on your jkta7 account.
• Additional documentation: In certain circumstances, jkta7 may request additional documents to comply with enhanced due diligence requirements. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Deposits & Withdrawals

jkta7 supports a range of local payment methods designed specifically for players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the platform are processed securely and are subject to the rules and limits set out in this section.

Accepted Payment Methods

• bKash: Instant deposit and withdrawal via your registered bKash mobile wallet. Minimum deposit ৳200. Withdrawals processed within minutes of approval.
• Nagad: Instant deposit and withdrawal via your registered Nagad account. Same limits and processing times as bKash.
• Rocket (DBBL): Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service accepted for deposits and withdrawals. Minimum deposit ৳200.
• Upay: Upay mobile wallet accepted for deposits and withdrawals. Standard processing times apply.
• Bank transfer: Selected Bangladesh commercial banks including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank may be available for larger transactions. Processing times of 1–3 business days apply for bank transfers.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum single-deposit limits may vary by payment method and account tier.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.
• Deposits are credited to your jkta7 account in real time for mobile wallet methods. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect.
• jkta7 does not charge any fees for standard deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jkta7 accepts no responsibility.
• jkta7 reserves the right to request verification of the source of funds for large deposits as part of its anti-money-laundering procedures.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering policy.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts cannot withdraw funds.
• Approved withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–60 minutes for mobile wallet methods. Delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times are outside jkta7's control.
• jkta7 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large or unusual amounts. This may extend processing times temporarily.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 5 (Bonuses & Promotions) for full details.

Bonuses & Promotions

jkta7 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering requirements: All deposit bonuses, free bet credits, and promotional funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering multiple applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.
• One bonus per player: Bonuses are intended for individual players only. Households, IP addresses, devices, or payment accounts associated with multiple bonus claims may have their claims declined or reversed.
• Eligible games: Not all games on jkta7 contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino, sports betting, and crash games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. The contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus validity: Each bonus carries a validity period during which wagering requirements must be fulfilled. Unused bonus balances at the end of the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus: Unless otherwise stated, the maximum amount withdrawable from bonus winnings is capped at five times (5x) the original bonus value. Winnings exceeding this cap will be removed when the withdrawal is processed.
• Abuse and exploitation: jkta7 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold bonus winnings, and suspend accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated play across multiple accounts, systematic low-risk staking patterns designed to exploit wagering requirements, or use of betting strategies that exploit bonus terms in ways that are contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

Seasonal & Tournament Promotions

jkta7 regularly offers seasonal promotions tied to Bangladeshi cultural events — including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March) — as well as major sporting events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments. These promotions are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the platform at the time of the promotion. jkta7 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets offered on jkta7 are subject to the following general rules. Specific rules for individual game types — including cricket betting, live casino, slots, and crash games — are available within each game's dedicated help section on the platform.

Sports Betting

• All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change at any time before confirmation. Once a bet slip is confirmed and a bet reference is issued, the odds are locked in.
• jkta7 reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted in error — including bets accepted at manifestly incorrect odds — or where there is evidence of suspicious activity, match irregularity, or system error.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to live odds availability. jkta7 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time without notice.
• For cricket markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures: in the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI). Where no official result is declared, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per market are set by jkta7 and may vary by sport, market type, and account tier. These limits are displayed in the betting interface at the time of bet placement.

Casino & Slot Games

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• In the event of a game malfunction, crash, or disconnection during play, the round will be voided and the stake for the affected round will be returned to the player's account. Winnings from a malfunctioned round will not be paid out.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-term average return across millions of game rounds. Individual session outcomes may differ significantly from the published RTP. jkta7 makes no guarantee of any individual player's win rate.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface. Players must comply with these limits at all times.

Crash Games

Crash and prediction games — including Panda Dragon Boat, Super Keno, and Aviator — operate on provably fair principles where the outcome of each round is determined by a cryptographic algorithm. Players must cash out before the multiplier crashes in order to win. Failure to cash out before the crash results in the loss of the staked amount for that round. jkta7 accepts no liability for losses arising from connectivity issues that prevent a player from cashing out in time.

Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

jkta7 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent activity, abuse, and any behaviour that undermines the integrity of the platform or harms other players. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Identity fraud: Providing false personal information during registration or verification, or impersonating another individual in any context on the platform.
• Payment fraud: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment accounts to deposit funds on jkta7. All deposit transactions are monitored, and suspicious activity will be reported.
• Money laundering: Using jkta7 for the purposes of laundering funds derived from criminal activity. jkta7 applies robust anti-money-laundering (AML) monitoring and will cooperate fully with any law enforcement investigation.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to: chip dumping in poker, soft play in live casino, or coordinated arbitrage betting across multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers in ways contrary to their intended purpose, including registering multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times.
• Hacking and technical exploitation: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to jkta7's systems, databases, or other players' accounts; exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities for financial gain; using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or betting markets.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback dispute with your payment provider in relation to a legitimate jkta7 transaction. Accounts subject to chargeback disputes will be suspended pending investigation, and any outstanding balances may be withheld.

Account Suspension & Closure

Both jkta7 and the player have the right to close or suspend an account. The circumstances and consequences of each scenario are set out below.

Closure by the Player

You may close your jkta7 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and any real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances not meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt. If you are closing your account due to concerns about problem gambling, please inform our support team so that appropriate responsible gaming support can be offered.

Suspension or Closure by jkta7

jkta7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Evidence of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Confirmed or suspected underage gambling.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more. Inactive account balances will be held in trust and returned upon valid reactivation request.
• At jkta7's discretion, where continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to the platform's integrity, security, or regulatory compliance obligations.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion through jkta7's support team. Self-exclusion periods are available from a minimum of six months up to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account, place bets, or participate in any promotions. jkta7 will not send marketing communications to self-excluded players.
